I have always been obsessed with combining: CRAFTSMANSHIP and TECHNOLOGY.

Craftsmanship allows flexibility which translates into product customisation, while technology allows precise and high-quality work.

I’m satisfied with how the firm is currently structured, yet:

• It’s possible that it could be improved further
• Reaching current levels has been hard work

One of the main problems concerned training my staff. Lengthy training which in actual fact will always be a work in progress. This is because, as you can imagine, it’s one thing to have a “factory worker” who does a repetitive job from morning to evening and who can easily afford the luxury of switching off, while it’s a different matter altogether having a “professional” who works all the time knowing what he’s doing.

I’ve done all this because the SINGLE part produced for the SINGLE CUSTOMER must not be a cost for our business but instead a RESOURCE.

In other words, even a single hatch or a single porthole for your motorhome can be made in an ARTISAN process using the same TECHNOLOGY as a mass-produced item, with the minor difference that at COMPALL you can rely on MADE-TO-MEASURE production.
